Assign a project manager to each event.
Conduct venue research, coordinate site visits and negotiate venue contracts.
Manage speaker contracts, review speaker topics and presentations and coordinate any travel or lodging for presenters.
Interface with vendors, such as: audio-visual companies (as needed), hotels, premium vendors, caterers, transportation providers, staging companies and photographers.
Procure giveaways for event/s –including attendees and sponsors gifts if desired.
Press and Media capability suitable to handle all public relations issues concerning our clients related event/s, and create a positive public image of our clients.
Accept attendee registrations online, via e-mail or via phone and send confirmations to each registered attendees.
Ensure venue setup meets expectations, greet attendees, and oversee all vendor activities to achieve a seamless event.
Deliver a post-event report detailing event performance against goals.
